DURABLE & WELL BANLANCED – The knife is made of high carbon stainless steel. High hardness, corrosion resistance. The breaking knife is further optimized to increase the carbon and chromium content and enhance the stability of the internal mechanism, so that it does not bend or wobble when cutting meat.
CONSIDERATE DESIGN – The groove design prevents food from sticking to the blade, slice more easily and evenly. It is designed with a sturdy TPE handle and comfortable anti-slip grip. In addition, plastic handles are less prone to rot and mold than wood handles.
